Return issue

I love your products and have purchased several items, but this hat was too big for my head. I’ve been trying to return it with no response from the seller (4 emails sent). I returned to the address listed in Pennsylvania, but the item was unable to be delivered. 2 stars only due to my attempts to return the items with no response.

This hat is really cute. I was a bit apprehensive about the small initial logo on the front. But, it really is cute on the hat! The hat is roomy so your hair won't be smooshed ( ok is that a word) and yes it is has a full satin lining! My 4C hair thanks you!! This hat will travel well and I know it will last a long time. It is quality craftmanship. On a separate note I was originally sent 2 hats. One of them by mistake ( its cute too) and they not only let me keep it they made sure the hat I actually ordered arrived on time! The lovely young lady that owns this online store is very sweet with great products and wonderful customer service! I will be buying here often and so should everyone!!
